Okay, so using Blogger is usually pretty simple. First just go to blogger.com, where you'll see the start page. If you don't have an account, click on this:
Which should take you to this page:
And just fill it out. I can't go to the next page because I don't want to create another blogger account, so can't really screencap it for you, but mainly, it'll ask you for a title for your blog-- just put whatever you want. And a description, where again, just put whatever you want. It'll also ask you for a unique URL name (though it may not be called that), to be hosted on blogspot.com, so pick something no one else would have. When you finish, I'll need you to send that URL name to me.
Though it's not the same page as this one, the last page will ask you to pick a template. Make sure you do so-- there should be lots of little thumbnails with buttons like this:
Just click any of those use template buttons. You can do this later, but you'll have to have some sort of template before you can see your blog online, so it's probably easier to just pick now.
Now you can create a new post.
